What is UstamKKTC?
UstamKKTC (ustamkktc.com) is a Nicosia-based local platform that connects home and car owners in North Cyprus with vetted tradespeople. Home services such as plumbing, electrical, AC, cleaning and moving, plus car services, are in one place. With Urgent help you reach an available nearby pro with one tap, and you can follow your pro live once they set off. It is free for customers, on the website and the Android app.
Is UstamKKTC connected to any other site or app?
No. UstamKKTC is an independent platform that operates only at ustamkktc.com and in the official UstamKKTC app; it is not affiliated with other sites or apps with similar names. Links to our official social media accounts are at the bottom of our website.
How does UstamKKTC work?
Choose the service you need, set your location and send a request. Verified providers in your area see it; go with an instant match or collect offers. You are notified when a provider accepts and can follow the job live.
Can I trust the providers?
Every provider application is reviewed by our team, and only approved providers can take jobs. Providers whose ID has been checked carry a blue tick on their profile. Quality is tracked with a review after every job.
How do I pay?
For now you pay the provider directly when the job is done (cash or a method you agree on). Secure in-app payment is coming soon.
How are prices set?
Before starting, the provider sends an exact price quote; no work starts on a price you have not approved. If you post a job, providers send their own prices and you compare and choose.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel pending requests. Once the provider is on the way, please message them before cancelling.
How do I contact a provider?
In-app messaging opens once you have a booking or an offer together. When the provider sets off you can also call from the live tracking screen. For your privacy, phone numbers are only shared once a job is under way.
What if I am not happy with the service?
You can review the job afterwards and, if something went wrong, file a complaint from the provider profile. Our team reviews every complaint and, where needed, resolves it under the UstamKKTC Guarantee.
How do I sign up as a provider?
Choose "Service Provider" on the sign-up screen and enter your details, trade and service area in a few short steps. Applications are usually reviewed within 24-48 hours.
